Return Policy
1. Guarantee / Manufacture's Defects
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects for 30 days from date of delivery. We will return your money or send you a replacement for the defective product. Anything after the 30 days will have to be taken up with the manufacturer.
2.Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
You must call, write or email Shopping4me.com
within 30 days from the date of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before you send the product back. To receive an RMA number you must have the original receipt which includes the invoice number. You received this in an email when the product was purchased. Without the purchase receipt or invoice number you will not be able to get a replacement for the product or an RMA number. We will send the replacement product to you at our own expense. Please save your receipt.
3. Once you receive an RMA
You may send the product back to us at your expense. Make sure the RMA number is in black marker and that it is on the outside of the box so we may process your return of the product and process the applicable credit. You must send it back to our Fulfillment Center ONLY. You will be given that address when you call to receive your RMA number.
If you send back the product without prior contact with our company to receive the RMA number it will be assumed the product is unwanted and there will be a 25% restocking fee. There will be a 25% 'restocking fee' for returned products you do not want or are unsatisfied with. Therefore, manufacturers defects will be refunded in full (less S&H) and unwanted/unsatisfied products will be refunded the product price minus the 25% 'restocking fee' (less S&H).

4. Bounced Checks
For those of you that use checks to make your purchase, if the check is returned there will be a $25.00 check return fee. The fee is a must pay.
5. Returns
For Returns: If you opened the package and the item is damaged and you want to exchange the item for a new item you can.
The exchange has to be for the same item that you purchased from us.
